Telemarketing Initiative Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V.

The Telemarketing Initiative Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V. was initiated in May 2001 as a platform for companies in the telecommunications industry and in addition to direct services also acts as a network hub between politics and business.

The association supports the development of service centers and companies in the industry. At the same time, it offers scope for the exchange of knowledge and experience at regional and superregional level. The member interests are actively communicated with the help of professional PR.

With its members, the TMI represents 75 per cent of the employees in the service center industry in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Through the location of the office of the TMI in the facilities of Invest in MV results in profitable synergies with regard to collaboration at trade fairs and events, such as e.g. the CallCenterWorld or the Call Centre Days. In addition, a Board position of the TMI is staffed by an employee of Invest in MV.
