With the logistics initiative, a network is created that, as a federation of the logistics industry, communicates the industry's interests more strongly in public and also supports a uniform location marketing of the logistics location Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. An important element here is the Internet presence www.log-in-mv.net.

The focal areas of the network are the further opening up of national and international markets, joint marketing and advertising strategies, continuous information exchange, and the development and realization of joint logistics projects. The office of the logistics initiative is located at Invest in MV. In collaboration with the Ministry of Economics and the Transport ministry, a service agreement has been concluded with Invest in MV.
