Single points of contact in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
Detailed consultation and procedural tools for entrepreneurs in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
According to the new Services Directive published on 28 December 2009, the ‘Single Points of Contact’ represent the first point of call for all entrepreneurs interested in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region.
Both the three chambers of Industry and Commerce in Rostock, Neubrandenburg and Schwerin, as well as the two chambers of commerce in the state assist service providers and company start-ups with specific support. Specific assistance in the form of individual consulting and important information is offered by the ‘Single Points of Contact' primarily with various approval procedures.

The Internal portal of the ‚Single Points of Contact’
In addition to the support through personal consultation and practical procedural tools, there is comprehensive information from the 'Single Points of Contact' on the Internet portal at www.ea-mv.de.
The portal includes, among others, a transparent depiction of the authorities responsible in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and makes it possible to carry out various applications online via an assistant. Thanks to this additional service, the applicant is primarily saved time-consuming and in places cumbersome routes to the different offices and authorities.
The newly created ‘Single Points of Contact’ were implemented as the
Services Directive of the European Union and will in future be used as
central points of contact and procedural partners for company
start-ups. The existing bureaucratic obstacles are to be reduced
further through the intensive networking of the authorities responsible.
