Logistics Initiative Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

The first regular assembly of the Logistics Initiative Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (www.log-in-mv.net) met in the Port of Rostock on November 11th, 2008. The association consists of representatives from business, other associations, chambers, science and government. Important goals include a uniform marketing of the logistics location Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, support for the qualification of labor potential, the setup of an information platform as well as participation in domestic and international cooperation structures.

The Logistics Initiative Mecklenburg-Vorpommern has united business with government authorities and the scientific community since June 13th, 2008 with the goal of developing the state into a European caliber logistics location and of increasing value creation in the region.

Focal points of the Logistics Initiative:
